This new fit out for a butcher has clean lines, a fresh pallatte of colours and robust materials.  Energy efficiency has been considered through polishing the existing concrete slab, installing LED lighting and blockout blinds to the external windows.  These elements reduce the air conditioning loads and provide a more even temperature in the space.
